PublishAmerica Presents Sharing Words
by Liam Patrick Powell, Sr.
Frederick, MD
August 3, 2010 -- PublishAmerica is proud to present Sharing Words by Liam Patrick Powell, Sr.
Sharing Words is the second collection of writings from Liam Patrick Powell, Sr. In the style of his initial work, The Poet on the Corner, the majority of this book contains more of the biographical poetry he seems most comfortable with. However unlike Poet, this collection also contains 2 “very short stories” and a play. Another bonus for this book is the addition of 2 poems written by Liam Patrick Powell, Jr. the poet’s thirteen year old son.
Liam, Sr. has been writing poetry since Mr. Clancy’s class at Ardsley High School, NY in the early 1980’s. He lives with his wife Paula, daughter Erin, and Liam Jr. in Woodbury, MN where they are referred to as “the Liam’s”. Liam Jr. attends Crosswinds Arts and Science School.
PublishAmerica is the home of 40,000 talented authors. PublishAmerica is a traditional
publishing company whose primary goal is to encourage and promote the works of new,
previously undiscovered writers. Like more mainstream publishers, PublishAmerica pays
its authors advances and royalties and makes its books available through all bookstores.
PublishAmerica offers a distinctly personal, supportive alternative to vanity presses and
less accessible publishers.
